Anyone know a decent place in Abu Dhabi that'll detail a Hyundai without laughing at me or charging Porsche money?
Look I get it a Hyundai Tucson isn't exactly a head turner in a city full of supercars and G Wagons but it's my daily and I've had it for five years and the inside is starting to look a bit like a crime scene after countless trips to Carrefour and the back seat being used as a mobile snack bar by my nieces and nephews, I tried one of those mobile detailing guys who showed up with a bucket and a dirty sponge and honestly the car looked worse after he left because he just smeared the dust around and left water spots all over the glass, I'm not looking for a concours level paint correction here just a solid deep clean where someone actually vacuums under the floor mats and makes the dashboard look black again instead of that weird dusty grey it's turned into, I stumbled across a place online that specifically mentions Hyundai affordable car detailing service Abu Dhabi which caught my eye because finally someone acknowledges that not everyone in this town drives a Bentley but I'm still a bit skeptical if that's just a marketing line or if they actually do a proper job on the more humble metal, so yeah if anyone with a regular car has found a shop that treats it with the same basic decency they'd give to something fancier without the side of attitude or a bill that makes you question your life choices I'd love to hear about it.
