Q7 acting up again, anyone got a solid garage in Dubai that won't take me for a ride?
Right so the Q7 has decided it's going to start throwing a Christmas tree on the dash every time I hit a speed bump a bit too enthusiastically and the air suspension is making this hissing sound that I'm pretty sure isn't part of the premium German engineering experience they sold me on three years ago, I took it to that one place in Deira a buddy recommended and they had it for two days only to call me and say they're not really comfortable touching the adaptive suspension module without the proper diagnostic software which I actually appreciated the honesty but it still left me with a car that sounds like a deflating balloon every morning, I've been told by a couple of the guys at Cars and Coffee that the specialists for Audi are actually few and far between here because everyone just runs to the dealer but I really don't want to mortgage a kidney just to have them tell me I need a whole new compressor when it's probably just a leaky valve block, spent my lunch break scrolling through some local groups trying to discover trusted vehicle repair options that actually know their way around the Q7 platform specifically because I feel like this is one of those repairs where if you take it to the wrong guy you end up with more problems than you started with, so yeah if anyone's had a good run with a shop that handles the air ride properly without the dealership theatrics I'm all ears.
